In an ideal world you'd get around 13 x 18g doubles but there's always the dialling in with a new batch of coffee, either adjusting the dose for pre-ground or setting the grind for whole bean. The wholesale bods quote 50 shots per kilo, I get slightly less than that, even when using write-off coffee to season and warm the groups at the start of a session.
