Yeah or run it geared and get a frame with horizontal drop outs.

As I am unemployed due to being ill I can't afford the groupset I want (Campag Veloce) at the moment so I'm going to go SS, I'm having a 46/16 ratio on it, I may buy a White Industries Eccentric ENO Hub later on after I've saved up! Not sure about pink grips either lol!

You got your heart set on that group? There's a 9 speed dura ace group in classifieds at the min for about 150.

Why no just use this kind of frame? They are more readily availble than track/singlespeed equivalents. Running a chain tensioner is fine, although that particular DMR model is a bit ropey.

Just my opinion, chain tensioners can be a ball ache. Like I said I'd rather find a magic gear, looks better too.

Just looked at your list. You might want to consider getting a frame as well?

Frame and fork for the 2011 project, 8s exposure after it had spent 10 minutes under fluorescent light. Quite pleased with the colour and graphics, which some have questioned on the grounds of taste, just the mix of ancient and modern I'm going for with the whole build. Not sure what it's going to look like in daylight, it's cream under 6400K fluorescent and bright white under flash

Totally broke at the moment as it's Christmas otherwise I would've bought that Dura-Ace groupset in a heartbeat, and I've heard mixed opinions on the Simple Tension Seeker but my bike shop gave me 50% off so I grabbed it why I had the chance.
I'll see how it goes with the chain tensioner and if not I'll go magic geared!
I've got the frame in the shop and I've only got two more instalments to pay and then it's mine :o) -

I was going to wait until it was finished painted etc. I got bored today and after i received my frame back from getting a special part made for the BB. Full campy throughout i love it so far expensive labour of love.
Coventry Eagle frame i was thinking white and highlighting the lugs black.
Brooks bar tape brown etc.
This was literally a five minute horrible put together not even sure i put the breaks on correctly. First nooby build...

Rear brake looks like it's on the wrong side, should be on the outside of the rear triangle.

Chains don't wear, they stretch.

Harry Havnoonian was a Philadelphia builder.
His signature was a reversed rear brake.
I never got it ... thought it looked stupid.

And pulls the brake away from the rear stays, brakes on the rear of forks makes sense though.
-

The same amount of flex can occur whether brake is on either side of stay. Unless the brake actually pushes up against the stays, which is doesn't.
After all, what side of the fork do you have your front brake? -

So there it is eh. Wheels?
Not sure about white with black lugs if you're going for brown tape & saddle. Gold always looks good with a brown finishing kit in my humble opinion, doesn't have to be the whole bike but gold lined lugs and gold graphics on perhaps british racing green would look pretty cool. Or cream; cream and brown are a classic combo....
Obviously the choice is yours. Get yourself over to the porn thread for some inspiration.

There is no wheels as such as today has been an expensive day! God this frame will be the death of me. Sent it to a friend he fixed the tt for me up and dropouts for free nice bloke couple of beers was sent his way.
Needed a new fork recently hence the blue fork. Today i whacked out £50 for a BB fixture where they added a sleeve as there is no BB big enough for it nor axles. As i wanted a tapered BB for your GS chainset. So for now no money to spend on wheels or the paintjob so i will have a think of the colour scheme. At least until pay day!
