Randonneur Trail are shit slow tires for the town (compared with the rainy season dedicated City ones), but work well in the winter and for muddy puddles. They make sounds like a brand new pair of wellies too...
Here there are on henry's bike:
Mine are 35mm, but I'd go even wider if I had space between the chainstays, as my rims are touring Mavics. I'd also want to try 32 or 35mm Cross.
I will probably switch to the 25mm City version for the Spring.
