Well, mine weighs 121 to be exact and yes it's legit. With modern manufacturing processes carbon parts are not at all expensive to manufacture.

Like said above, something similar from Selle Italia would have cost you over 100 pounds.
Your saddle seems to be a Taiwanese/Chinese mock-up of one o'them.

I still have another one of these unbuilt i bought for a rainy day, the other has done 1000's of wet miles, good frames, i think they had tighter clearances they would fetch > £100. Basically a slack pre-cursa.
