The forum has a wild west classifieds and this here thread instead of outside moderation, because that is how the forum populace wanted it to be the last time something came up and a discussion was had.

if the temperature of the forum has changed then another discussion will be had and either more rules/moderation/donations/subscriptions will be formulated. Until then the classifieds will continue to be policed as it has been..
