I think it might not have been an angle grinder job but rather a hacksaw thingy. Hacksawing a frame isnt that hard, not much of sparks or noise compared to an angle grinder job. Could always walk away when there is someone walking past then walk back, few more hack at it. Just gutted as the stem/bars/brake/saddle/crank/bb was supposed to be transfered over to the new build. So I have a bare frame with nothing to put on...
