Sadly I don't think it'll work as the Cross-Check has a 132.5mm spacing and from what I can see that won't leave much bolt threaded onto the axle at the back - also, I'm planning on running a spacer kit as a singlespeed and then I may get a mech and a cassette and go touring on it next summer.
