Lug detailing (btw the 'paintchips' in the second photo are mainly just sticky marks and would come off with a good scrub)
The dent, with a drawing pin for reference:
I had a chain ring break on me once and in doing so it scraped some paint off, but it's not that easy to see as the chainring obscures it most of the time.
