I've actually ordered a couple of (non-cycling related) items from Made.com in the past. They take a VERY long time to deliver, but that's a large part of the reason their stuff is so cheap.
I got a rather beautiful floor lamp for about £40 and a couple of massive "fat boy" style bean bags for £60 each. Massive savings on all of them and the product is excellent quality. If you're able to wait for delivery, it's worth it.
I'm not saying their bikes will be suitable for anyone on this forum (I'm certainly not getting one) but I've recommended them to a couple of cycle-shy friends, saying it'll be a solid (possibly too solid?!) product for a bargain price.
If anyone here gets one, I'll be interested to hear how it works out...
