Tell us about your weekend ride

Done my weekly from Ipswich to London. Got all my positioning sorted so a fairly comfortable ride. Got a slightly annoyed when I visited a bike shop once back in London (to replace one of my lights that fell off my bag) to be told that I wouldn't know what to do with a 'real' bike.
whaT? that's a bit rude, innit? name and shame, dude...
