They’re all in a superb state; no rust, dings or dents and only very minimal shopwear, which is almost not worth mentioning.

White is slighty pearlescent, which doesn’t really show in the photos.
Reynolds 525 (replacement for 531)

The story with the Formula is that it was carried parallel along the CM.
Also made in Holland by Gazelle's small frame shop, but with some savings here and there.

Internal cable-routing.
Comes with Sugino seatpost bolt, whooha!

If i bought this i would have to abandon my current project, and transfer all the crappy parts i have over.

out of interest, would your £25 postage be a courier or royal mail in the uk?
I have lost toooo many things in the run up to christmas in recent years. But im super tempted.

I post it through TNT here in Holland, which then hands it over to Home Delivery Network, if I'm not mistaken.

The race tag holder wasn't standard on any Gazelle frame.
But it was an option for every Champion Mondial frame at DFL 10.- or 15,- (dealer price, so approx. DFL 25.- retail).
All team bikes were equipped with those holders as well as many consumer bikes.
AB frames had cable guides/stoppers standard and even FD bracket had to be ordered as an option. I think it became a standard item much later.
AA Special always had an FD bracket standard.
Same for double bottle holder bosses, pump pegs, 2nd and 3rd colour, name on top tube, chrome, custom sizing and other extra's: all possible, but against extra payment.

I like all three of them, could you please explain the difference between 525 and 531? I gather that 525 was a bit cheaper, but also inferior to 531 or heavier?

I don't know too much of tubings, but what I read was that 525 was the follow-up on 531 in 1998 when they stopped producing it, as it wasn't TIG weldable.
It's supposed to have the same feel as 531.
If you check here, you'll see the weight is as good as the same, atleast for a '86 r531 57cm Champion Mondial compared to a 90's r525 54cm Formula Race f+f.

I'm sure you can find some more info with Google..

If anyone feels like correcting me on this, please do.

Ill take the purple/white formula if it hasnt been taken yet.
