anyway, to get the thread back on track.. the Frank Herrety frame is really lovely, be interesting to see what it goes for. I don't think the Bottecchia will get its price despite the fact it probably should. and someone should have a bid on this just for the laughs, it's a superb frame with or without the paintjob it might well finish up cheap:

I rue the day I missed a perfectly sized Somec, it had this amazing air brushed paint job and engravings all over. Anyway, wish that one was my size..
