Yes, could be.
Now 3 more days strike.
But: maybe only the people who deliver the mail (and just a certain %, not even all) do strike.
Not sure if this also counts for sorting, distribution to other countries, etc.
Delivery to your doorstep is certainly not done by our TNT people.
So, maybe it's going to be okay for foreign countries.
