How do the winter boots size up? As most people I size up on Sidis (wearing size 40 where it wold otherwise 39). Does Sidi allow for extra sockage room in the winter boots or would sizing up again, to 41, be advised?

If it helps, I wear Sidi Size 43 Ergo 2's in the summer and thought I'd be better getting a pair of 44's in the Goretex winter shoe, wish I had got the 43 as they are a lot looser than I thought they would, OK if you wear two pairs of socks, but too loose without them.

BTW they are really warm.

weird, i bought a pair, size 44 as usual, but they have a layer of goretex in them and they were too tight.
