For Sale: Geoffrey Butler 531c winter road bike

Hi - i'm interested in this bike, but have three questions,

• are the wheels true?
  
• will the pedals remove, as in, are they free?
  
• could you give a measurement from the very centre of the cranks up to the seat post clamp (where the saddle rails are gripped) - this is to guage how much of a problem the stuck seat post would be?
