In the end it took tips from 6 employees, one of them the best mechanic I know, to get the BB out... we had to do it by destroying it (luckily, frame should be fine after a reface).
So, kids, it really is important you never ride a bike without paint on it in the snow & salt, cus this kind of shit literally WELDS alloy components to your frame.
I will be down around 7.30. Just need to get changed and assemble a bike.
