Clive, what is the aim of the questionaire?
Is it to find out what puts off your work colleagues from cycling?
If so i don't belive it will be that hepfull. There are quicker easier more practical means to get the ball rolling. There is now funding the City of London needs to spend to get city workers on bikes. Lets meet asap and kick start something at your work befor christmas
