Seatpost issue sorted! Managed to find a 24mm seatpost at a small local bike shop near me.

It was basically just a 24mm seat pillar/tube, and they sold me the seat clamp seperate. Reminded me of an old BMX style seatpost. Nothing fancy but does the job and only cost me like 10 quid.
The guys at Simpsons bike shop were super helpful as well. Been there a few times now and I would recomend to anyone in the area. They have cut down bars for free and sorted me with nuts n bolts I was missing.
