Dear Addy Lee. I dont care that you arent charging me for the "upgrade". I care because I am booking you from a cycling based company* who has a sound ethical reason why I dont want a fucking transit to carry my tiny envelope from EC3 to EC2. I also care that after I complained, you kept doing it anyway. That is not customer service.
*actually, several. theyve done it to me across multiple accounts. Multiple times.
