I rode from Dalston to Willesden at midnight last night, -4 then too. Fuck me it was cold, I was doing sprint intervals just to stay warm!
Not as cold as Manchester last week mind, that was off the scale. Must have been -6 up there. After 40 miles I was a wreck and had to go back to my girlfriends and thaw out.
