Love the Pista - just dont think I could get the crack fixed... :( if i found a cheap weld and tip re-chrome quote i'd take it for sure!!

Would you be keen at all on posting the pista frame to Ireland?
-

If you split the Alan (sounds dirty) then I might be interested in the shifters and rear mech. Have you got the front one too?
Edit: chainset too?

Less keen, but if you really want it I guess I could....

They are a bit of a component soup. Shifters centaur, but a bit of a mix from there. All 10spd though. I'd rather not split but will let you know if I do.

This is usually stamped on the RH side of the seat tube (top, just below the seat lug).
Code = frame model, month, year. -

yes - send me a PM if you're interested. In the pics it's set up with really short stem & little seatpost, because I'm a bit short!

is the Bianchi pista frame still for sale?
For Sale:
Alan cyclocross frame 53cm,** forks & 10 speed campagnolo components - everything but the wheels.**
£190
There's plenty of cyclocross season still to run and getting dirty and exhausted in CX is some of the best fun you can have on a bike. Alternatively - what better as a winter commuter in this weather?
Spec:
Bianchi pista frame:
£50
53cm seat tube, 55cm top tube.
well loved, well ridden. Let's be straight up first of all: there's a crack in the seat-tube / around the seatstay. This CAN be fixed. I've ridden it like this for a couple of years now and it's not fallen apart. You can't even feel it flex, and I'm no lightweight. I simply couldn't be bothered to strip the bike to get it welded back together - I guess now would be an ideal time for the buyer to get it sorted, if you can be bothered :)
If you like it, you like it: the original hipster classic styling and pretty blinging chrome that will always look clean and shiny even when it's covered in grime; this bike has done it all...team trouble at polo, track racing, summer lounging...and there's plenty more to come! I'm only selling because I'm finally going to get a bike that fits me.
I'm happy to sell it with the headset, bottom bracket, crankset/chainring - which is a SuperMaxy all-in-one thingy. No, I don't have a picture of the crack: imagine a crack in a bit of metal and you've just about hit the nail on the head. Can either get pics if you're seriously interested or just come round and look at it.
Collection for both bikes nr Old Street. PMs please...dibs are just fairy dust.
