traditionally you were never supposed to buy fish on a Sunday, as it wasn't fresh. I'm not sure thats too much of an issue these days though.
I've just bought a fucking massive bit of monkfish from Waitrose and will be roasting it wrapped in parma ham and serving it with minted mushy peas and carrots. YUM.
Oh on another note - we went to the Tast of Christmas festival yesterday at ExCel - really good. Much bigger than the Summer one, so many nice free things to eat. We bought our Xmas cheese, some chocolate wine, some good sausages, slightly expensive but amazing balsamic vinegar some sloe gin, and ate lots of nice things. Will defo go next year.
