Ha, pretty sure. It's a poor photo so here is a better one. It certainly isn't the prettiest bike out there but it was built to do a job and (although I haven't ridden one myself) I hear it does that pretty well.

To me the real test of anti is if someone tried to give me one of those bikes would I ride it? For most of the bikes in here the answer is no. Would I ride a viper if someone tried to give me one? Yes, without hesitation. That said, if I had £6000 to spend on a bike the Viper would be a long way down my list.

I'd have bought one of those frames centuries ago if there was some way of figuring out what size I need. The proportions seem odd.

Just take a guess, if its the wrong size, just cut the tubes up, insert a bit of PVC pipe, spray it black and presto you've done a lovely job

those wheels/bike are from that rvca cinelli art show a couple years back. all these graffiti artists painted over bike parts. you can see more here. on the art market the phil frost stuff is worth more then most bikes people ride here. street art > high art = $$$
but to most it still is just a rattle canned bike.
