Saying that, I have identically laced wheels front and back on three of my wheelsets. This is for the highly technical reason, that it enabled me to by bulk spoke lengths, saving money, and making it easier to keep spares.

Tune only warranty their front hub for radial lacing, in its 24 hole or less formats. Basically the more drillings the hub has, the less resiliant it is to the extra forces associaed with radial lacing. These are weight weenie hubs (albeit solid ones) though, so maybe the ones on the Charge have thicker flanges.
