Are the fluro bits retro-reflective, glow-in-the-dark, or just day-glow? Were you just using up some left over paint or did you go and get it specially? How did you decide which bits to paint.

What does the bottle dynamo power? I can't see any lights.

It's just day-glow and just for fun. Never quite got around to doing a day-glow barbers pole down the seat tube.
There's a chrome Miller light attached to the frame clamp, it's quite bright with a 3 watt bulb.

I wouldn't say that bmw is anti but probably it could slope a bit less. The small size frame looks a bit like mtb conversion to me as it has about the same lenght of tube under and over toptube.
