In my experience there aren't many 1-bed or studios for that sort of cash in Hackney, that's more flat-share territory.
Might be worth giving gumtree a go though, a lot of private landlords look to rent there.
Also I found a flat share on, the rather aptly named, http://www.flatshare.co.uk/
