Quiting will stop it getting worse... I'm not so bad, but for the last couple of days I've been wearing ski gloves. They keep my hand warm and stop me being able to smoke as I can't skin up with them on! :)

I'll stop by newington if anyone says they are going there, otherwise I'll be at peckham around 6.30.. Anyone know if the burgess park cycle path is usable?
