Bike Anti-Porn - When Things Go Wrong

Are the fluro bits retro-reflective, glow-in-the-dark, or just day-glow? Were you just using up some left over paint or did you go and get it specially? How did you decide which bits to paint.

What does the bottle dynamo power? I can't see any lights.

It's just day-glow and just for fun. Never quite got around to doing a day-glow barbers pole down the seat tube.
There's a chrome Miller light attached to the frame clamp, it's quite bright with a 3 watt bulb.
