Apparently these posters are available from the transport museum in London but I don't live in London and it's not available online.

Does anyone have a spare I could buy and which they could put in a tube and post to me?

It's a nice poster, but unfortunately fails to recommend going there by bike, as you should. It's quite understandable that a poster displayed on the Underground network should say that, but still a disappointing omission.

and.....

you can't even use ya bike on that mode of transport, i heard that the triathlete's doing some demo last year couldn't get their bikes and gear for their race from their hotel on the dlr a couple stops to the start - well organised not....
