  • there's no spoiler, all he said was that the ending varies on the decision you made in the games.

  • Thanks for the spoiler Ed!

  • Well done for adding spoiler alert onto your post ^^^^^

    no sacrasm alet then?

  • Wow, that is a seriously quick time to finish FNV.

I'm still wandering the Waste, collecting pristine examples of every weapon and making money on the tables of The Strip. Bit of a stats geek here, less interested in finishing that I am completing every task, finding all the locations, weapons etc.

  • According to Steam, I logged 91 hours on it which is kinda scary. I didn't find all the locations, and will probably go back to the save before the point of no return and go check them out.

There is definitely some unfinished business there but in the last few days I started to get antsy and wanted to finish it so I could get on with other things.

  • To be fair that sounds about right, I put 120 into Fallout 3, but tended to fanny around quite a lot, go on raiding missions with pyjamas and a knife.

  • Play.com are doing dead rising 2 for £17.99 for today only, if you didn't get the email from them...

  • Man, I need to find more time to play, even GT5 is already out and I still havent started with GTA4's DLCs!

  • Anyone played GT5 yet? Thinking of picking it up this weekend. By the way SYSTEM SHOCK 2 is the best game ever. The original and WAY better Bioshock.

  • Get out

  • are any of you lot playing the def Jam hip hop game yet?

  • jason you sure have an eclectic taste in games
    ...and music.

    Respect!

    while playing games

So any recommendations as to the ideal TV for gaming?

  • What size?

  • I'd recommend a Samsung. They make good TV's at a good price.

  • 30-32"

  • 30-32"

+1 on samsung if you're going for value/performance and 32"

    Samsung LE32C530 32-inch Widescreen Full HD 1080p 50Hz: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

Perfect for HD gaming on a budget.

I'm in the process of convincing the misses to go halfs on this badboy...

    Panasonic TX-P50G20B 50-inch Widescreen Full HD 1080p: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

Which will probably be used mostly for blu-ray, sport gatherings etc whilst I use a cheap 32inch in another room to game on. But I'm sure i'll stray onto it for some extra special titles, Uncharted 3 being on the shortlist.

  • It's got to be 100Hz, even for the slower games it makes a huge difference.

Managed to get an end of Line Sony Bravia for a fairly decent price last summer and the picture is great.

Wouldn't bother going 720p on a 42" screen. It begins to show.

  • I like Samsung too.

I chosen mine specifically as it make a good computer monitor as well (20" 1680x1050), 20" we later realise was a bit on the small size (our old CRT was 20"), but got used to it.
