spotted a commuter quality fixed locked up outside victoria train station on the railings. Its been there the past few months, moves up and down the railings a bit, but always there.
Whole thing painted in black hammerite type paint with grit in it, result.... surface texture similar to 'anti-bill poster lampost paint' completly unstealably aweful, so I copied the idea....
