OK, So I was in Paris at the weekend and didn't have access to email (besides, it was a break so I didn't care to access it).
On returning there are so many reported posts, complaints and emails. All seemingly around lynx and pistanator... and there's so much in those reported posts that just make me think WTF?!
Now I'd like to be able to spend the time to read everything and determine whether the many calls for the banhammer should actually be listened to, and to be as fair as possible. But I shan't.
Unfortunately bad timing is here.
My nan just died. So it goes.
I shall be off-line most of this week I suspect and then the funeral will be around this weekend.
In light of that, 2 things.
1) I've banned both lynx and Pistanator for 2 weeks. Enough time for my email to be silent whilst I attend to other things. When the funeral has passed or the 2 weeks expired, they can return and we'll figure out what to do then, but for now... no pleas of mercy, no arguments, they're gone for a fortnight.
2) If you post stuff that gets into the moderation queue, please contact hippy and tell him to go check the modcp. He should know how to get there (if not, tell him it's in the footer of every page). He should be able to approve anything in that queue.
