It wouldn't surprise me that Guardiola stays for another 3-4 years at Barcelona before moving to an executive position at the club. He's one of those persons that has Barcelona in his DNA and I can't see him at any other club then Barcelona, it's only downhill from there. His big example is Johan Cruyff and he hasn't coached another apart from Barcelona and 1 year at Ajax (not counting the Catalan selection as that isn't sanctioned by FIFA or UEFA).
