He's always in contract negotiations as he doesn't do long term contracts, with the Barcelona presidential elections out of the way it could well be that he signs a longer term contract now Andoni Zubizarretta is on board.
It wouldn't surprise me that Guardiola stays for another 3-4 years at Barcelona before moving to an executive position at the club. He's one of those persons that has Barcelona in his DNA and I can't see him at any other club then Barcelona, it's only downhill from there. His big example is Johan Cruyff and he hasn't coached another apart from Barcelona and 1 year at Ajax (not counting the Catalan selection as that isn't sanctioned by FIFA or UEFA).
