Xander - risers are yours.
Coaster wheel is there. Not for sale really but can go with the whole bike as a wheelset. Front Campagnolo Veloce 32, rear coaster brake (Velosteel) 36h, Mavic A119 rims. Fat Randonneurs right now, but they're too fat. Should be something 28-32 max to make sure there's enough space between the chainstays. Right now is a millimeter to spare.
Size is 56ish square.
