Wanted: Ladies road steel frameset for 5,2" (159cm)

I 'm looking for a classic shaped ladies road bike in 18" or 19".

I don't mind about its cosmetic condition, even a bit rusty or unpainted will be fine.
I just need it sturdy and aligned. 700c or 650c wheel size.
No need for front derailleur braze ons. Rear derailleur hanger in any case.

I have to bring back my search with a few changes thanks to all of you that educate me
about mixte bikes.

I 'm looking for a mixte frame set in 18" - 19".
Feel free to add components like brakes, saddle, short stem, rear rack, etc.
I will prefer 700c wheel size clearance if i have the chance.
