Someone has offered me a Phillipe adjustable stem of unknown date, in good condition. I have no idea how much it should cost, can anyone help?

Well I'd be happy to pay what ever a fair price was as I could then sell it if decided not to use it. I have no need for it, I'm doing a 50's build and it would be a nice touch but I have already got a nice stem for it.
