sure pm ME. qr should be no prob. but you'll still need 8mm on each side. with QR if your alxes don't stick proud out of the dropouts (i'e' alxe protruding from lock nut is shorter than dropout width. ) then you should be able to tighten these tugs a bit more and have them hold the QR skewer instead of the axle
or fit longer axles (and get longer skewer if need be) and have the tugs hold the alxes like it would on any threaded axle.
3rd option (same kind of thing as longer axles but without removing and sourcing another axle. ), reduce the spacing on the rear axles (take out spacers / washers whatever ) so that now the axles protrude form the dropouts
p.s. looks like you're running a security rear skewer? looks like it hase steel skewer and alloy washers - you might be able to get steell thin washers to replace or giving you more clearance to get the tug in.

p.s. if you're having trouble getting the security skewer tight enough and it's slipping then a good old steel QR axle will hold it better. and clean grease from any mating surfaces.
