I couriered on this bike for past few years so do expect fair bit of scruff.
Not much paint left, lots of stickers and electric tape, some rust here and there.
The extractor threads on the drive side of the crank are bit flat. I removed it few months ago, and again this morning- works fine just first two threads look flat.
Despite looking rough it is a nice frame. All you need are wheels, saddle and pedals.
Perfect pub bike.

Williams cottered cranks in poor condition
Bottom bracket needs replacement
Wheels: hubs beyond repair, 27" rims could be salvaged, Bontrager tyres.
