Help recognize a decal

Hi guys and gals,

As per title, I am trying to confirm to which brand this decal belongs?

I am quite convinced I saw it before sometime on some bike but really not sure. From the initials it could be carlton england or edison cycles or old evans cycles...

Any info appreciated

I don't know it. Could be worth asking Nick Tithecott, who is the best known decals dealer & reproducer. He trades as H Lloyd cycles.

Hi,
This is an Ernie Clements decal he was an ex racer who built some lovely frames
hope that helps i have a frame built by him here its lovely and waiting for parts.

Aha yes, Ernie Clements. Damn I let a beautiful Clements road bike slip through my fingers a sometime back, regretted it ever since. He built some great frames for Falcon, before Falcon became a bog-standard marque, think he was building as Ernie Clements as his own marque by then.
