who're the other people living there? looks a nice place and great rooftop. as a spurs fan i don't know if i could bring myself to live in sight of that place. although we do win there these days, so not so painful!
Fever Pitch is based around there, Nick Hornby lives/lived very close. i haven't seen the film but the book is funny.
