The Condor is a great deal, but you'll usually get more parting it out (£500 by my quick calc.). However, I think with the amount of stuff being sold on here and with Christmas coming up, you'll struggle to actually sell it all.
TBH I'd take it to ebay. Good clean, new cheap white bar tape, photographed outside, you'll shift it by next Sunday and get at least £450 after fees. In fact, with Christmas coming up, you could even try waiting another week and then it'll make a good present?
