This would have to be "schwule Macht" if you're trying to translate 'gay power'. "Schwul macht" means "gay makes". "Schwulmacht" as a compound noun is not possible. "Schwulenmacht" would be the only way of forming a compound noun here, but this would mean 'gay people power'. German is a little more complicated than Google Translate allows for. :)
This may be a pun, although "gaynau" would have been better, but the German word is "genau" ('exactly'). "Genau" is actually sometimes pronounced like 'gaynau' for stressing something with comic effect. :)
