Laws of commuting, no.272 - there's always someone with a more expensive and less sensible bike than yours. (Even if they are just off for a training ride after work.)
This morning I learned that there are still people commuting in polo shirts and little skinny jorts with their arse-cracks hanging out. Brrr.
