I clean all the shit out of my brakes and mechs and stuff on my roadie... but the fixed stead loves being mucky...

i just wipe the drive cog/ring/chain down, then re-oil.

One of them, yeah, a little bit. But I do actually keep them polished and waxed so when dirt does decide to stick, it does literally wipe off. I've honestly not 'washed' a road bike in as long as I can remember especially fixed, there's no abundance of gears and mechs to trap crud.
