this morning i followed a stout chap on a metallic blue "barron" (?) conversion from upper street down to ludgate curcus. the whole way he rode at nodderspeed but flicking extravagantly round non-existant obstacles (such as leaves) like he was in mash video. he also did that that flicking and swerving from side-to-side thing while braking (presumably to immitate the style of the brakless fixié skidder-stop?) even though he had and was using a front brake. made me smile anyway.
