I remember losing the bid on this frame on ebay a while back, if I am not mistaken.
Just a point - Are you sure it takes a 650 front wheel? Have you used a front brake on it? As it looks like there is a bunch of space between the fork crown and the tyre? Maybe it just isn't pumped up.

Yeah, the front tyre is completely flat in that picture. The tub isn't punctured, but it doesn't have the valve centre bit. Fork is definitely a 650 though.
Here is the bike with an inflated tyre:

selling bars and stem...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160510827724&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
Few bits up for sale here. I'm not in London so all parts are priced as posted. If by some chance you're in the Newcastle area and you want to collect, then we can knock off some dorrah.
Dave Lloyd lo pro/TT frame.
ST: 56ctc 58cm ctt.
TT: Actual 56cm ctc, effective (best I can measure) 54cm.
Filet brazed 531c, insanely light, awesome clearences. No dents or damage. Internal brake cable routing, 650 front, 126mm rear spacing, Simano 600 headset and brand new (never ridden, but teeth on drive side cup a bit battered) Token BB (103mm). Frame just had BB shell faced and threads chasing prior to BB install.
It's painted in a very nice pearlescent white/cream, but the previous owner has repainted it in flat white, leaving 'windows' for the decals. The respray seems to be rattle can and has no clear over it so with a bit of elbow grease it could be scraped/rubbed off leaving the original paint underneath. The forks are pantographed and haven't been painted over. £150 (I can chuck in the wheels if you'd like. Wolber Profil 18 rims on Mavic (501?) hubs. Tubs too though the front isn't glued.
Dura Ace aero seat post - 27.2mm.
Plenty of scratches on the lower part, but above the min insertion line isn't bad. Could be polished up easily enough. £22
Dura Ace AX stem, hidden clamp type - 26mm clamp, 120mmm reach
Decent nick, One mark on left hand side. Has the original cap. The logo is fine, just the light in the picture makes it look half missing. £50
Dirty Harry levers - black, left and right, brand new (fitted, but never ridden). SOLD
Bars - 3TTT Competizone Eddy Merckx shape, 26mm clamp, 40.5cm ctc. Have brand new black Cinelli tape and currently fitted to the above stem. If you want both, you can have the tape intact. If the stem/bars are split, one side of the tape will be removed (will include so you can re-wrap I suppose). £15
