Geoffrey Butler Track Bike Questions

Can anyone answer the following question for me?

1. Not sure if the front forks are drilled, but if they need doing, can I fix it to take a later day Campag brake or will I have to go for an early super record?

I'm sure you can sort it so a modern brake will fit, assuming it's possible to drill the fork.
