    I bashed my knee at the cycle show last year when I fell off the daft mini boardwalks on a stupidly expensive specialised mountainbike and got fluid on my knee but had to cycle to my hotel..so in short my knee is now completly f*cked. trying to do steady mileage to bring it back up to speed but i'm failing, so hence the fitness thing.. I'd maybe be up for meetin somewhere, but not the riding thing
