Maybe. If it's an Ultra 6 (usually mounted on 120mm OLN hubs) now, 7 is very unlikely to fit. If it's a regular 6 (usually mounted on 126mm OLN hubs), then a narrow spaced 7 should fit, although there are sometimes clearance issues between the chain and seat stay when using the smallest sprocket.
