Hmm, first computer was a ZX81, but nothing ran on those, with its measly 1k of RAM.
We had a binatone thing for about a day before it broke. We knew then that it was crap.
First game I can remember playing was Mr Do! on an arcade machine.
Then one day my dad went out for food and came back with an Amstrad CPC464, on which I played may classics. Star fleet, Knight Lore, Sorcery, Captain Blood, Crafton & Xunk, Dizzy etc.
Then came an Amstrad 286 PC on which I played Jacaranda Jim, Commander Keen and just about managed to run Wolfenstein 3D.
Then a 486: any Apogee 3d FPS shooters that would run on it.
Then had Macs in the days when there were no games for them. A Powerbook 180, IIci and a PowerMac 6400 which had a more modern Wolfenstein on. (Plus I went all retro and bought a 1984 512k, got given a Classic and a Plus too.
current PC is just enough to run Bioshock 2 well. I have a really modern powerful thing too, but that's my music studio. No games on it.Console wise, Playstation, PS2, Wii. Also have an N64 which I have barely used, and a Nintendo DS. I once had a Mini Munchman handheld, and a Casio watch with a car racing game on it.
The daddy is the original Tekhan Pleiads cocktail table arcade machine that serves as my coffee table. I restored the (gutted) cabinet, put a PC in there with MAME, a Sega Genesis emulator and a jukebox, designed a nice skin for the MameWah front-end. It takes 5p, 1 peseta or 1 Deutschmark coins. I'm shit at video games though. I had a lot more fun making it than playing it ;-)
